The room was clean and the shower was good. They provided a variety of toiletries such as shaving and tooth kits. The hotel is conveniently located close to the bay and the tram stop is just 40 meters away, making it easy to explore the area. the staff were friendly and helpful with any queries we had.
There were a few negative aspects. the hotel charged for fresh orange juice at breakfast, which seemed unnecessary.
